The Service Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, addressing scheduling requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
• Make outbound calls to patients for appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
• Coordinate with therapists and front desk staff to maintain accurate scheduling and avoid conflicts.
• Document call interactions, patient requests, and updates in clinic records.
• Assist patients with basic information about services, insurance requirements, and clinic guidelines.
• Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member.
• Support front desk and administrative functions as required.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related office applications.
