Role Overview: Camarillo Physical Therapy and Reform Physical Therapy are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing teams in Camarillo and Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks, California.
As PT-owned outpatient clinics, we prioritize quality over volume, offering one-on-one 40–60 minute sessions that let you focus on individualized, evidence-based patient care. You’ll work in a collaborative, learning-driven environment that values growth, mentorship, and continuous skill development.
Our clinics are located in Southern California’s scenic Santa Monica Mountains, just 15 minutes from Malibu’s beaches a region known for its sunshine, outdoor lifestyle, and balanced approach to work and wellness.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and patient-centered care, and who want to grow with a forward-thinking private practice.
We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants with a valid California license. International candidates on OPT, as well as those seeking H1B or Green Card sponsorship, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to a diverse clientele (seniors, athletes, and general orthopedic patients)
- Perform evaluations, create and update care plans, and complete progress and discharge reports
- Develop and implement individualized exercise programs
- Measure and track intervention outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company and patient goals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and documentation standards
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and meet performance incentives
Qualifications
- Valid California PT or PTA license (required)
- Strong manual therapy and patient communication skills
- Passion for continuous learning and evidence-based care
- Team-oriented mindset with commitment to quality and outcomes
