About Us: Reform and Camarillo Physical Therapy are outpatient rehabilitation clinics committed to whole‑person, patient‑centered care. Our multidisciplinary model allows Speech‑Language Pathologists to collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to deliver comprehensive, high‑quality rehabilitation services in a supportive, professional environment. 

Position Summary: We are seeking a speech‑language pathologist to join our growing outpatient team in Camarillo and/or Thousand Oaks. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, voice, swallowing, and feeding disorders. This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful patient outcomes. 

Caseload may include pediatric, adult, or mixed populations, based on clinician preference and clinic need. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive‑communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
  • Treat patients across pediatric and/or adult outpatient populations
  • Provide patient and caregiver education, including home exercise and carryover programs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with OT and PT providers in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and clinical standards of practice

Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California Speech‑Language Pathology license (or license‑eligible)
  • CCC‑SLP preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in outpatient rehabilitation‑based therapy
  • New graduates welcome to apply
